The Job Role

We are looking for a friendly, positive and outgoing person to work as part of our in-store sales team at our Darlington shop. Your role will mostly involve engaging with customers, answering their product questions and overall helping make the process of purchasing from us a positive experience.

Other duties you will be expected to perform are organising and dressing product displays, operating the cashier’s till and cleaning maintenance.
It is also essential to have excellent IT skills, and well developed written and verbal communication skills.

Good IT knowledge and proficiency, as well as a good command of written and spoken English.

Experience in customer service roles.

Confidence in public speaking.
