The Job Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the everyday running of the Gillian Arnold main website using the platforms WordPress and WooCommerce.  Using your strong attention to detail, you will input accurate product descriptions and price labels.  The page you develop will be eye-catching yet professional in a way that provides the best possible service for customers, a way that will be agreed on by your supervisor.  You will also provide feedback to your supervisor about the efficiency of current software packages and offer up suggestions for improvement, whilst also providing updates and responding to queries and concerns raised by staff and customers.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with computers as well as qualifications in an IT or related field.  Experience using the software packages WordPress, WooCommerce and Divi would be advantageous as our website is powered by these platforms, but any transferrable skills from using other types of similar software would be welcome.

Hours per week: 25 (working pattern will be decided upon successful obtainment of the job by your manager)

 Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum Wage
